RETURN WINDOW
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

HOW TO START A RETURN
To start a return, please contact us at liuyang6288@gmail.com with your order number. We will provide return instructions.

REFUNDS
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.

RETURN SHIPPING
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will replace it or issue a full refund at no additional cost.

CANCELLATIONS
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, orders may already be in production or shipped.
